提高提升机提升能力改造方案研究

摘要： 矿井提升机是煤矿生产主要的机械设备，承担着将原煤从井下运输到地面的责任。随着煤炭行业的快速发展，煤
矿生产年均产量在不断提升，对煤矿生产也提出了更高的要求。为满足年产量需求，在确保生产安全的基础上需要进一步
提高提升机的提升能力。结合具体案例，从经济、技术的角度分析提升机提升能力改造方案的可行性和最终的改造效果。

Research on Transformation Scheme for Improving Lifting Capacity of Hoist

Abstract: The mine hoist is the main mechanical equipment in coal mine production, which undertakes the responsibility of
transporting raw coal from underground to the ground. With the rapid development of the coal industry, the average annual output
of coal mine production is increasing, which also puts forward higher requirements for coal mine production. In order to meet the
annual production demand, on the basis of ensuring production safety, the lifting capacity of the hoist needs to be further improved.
Combined with specific cases, this paper analyzed the feasibility and the final transformation effect of the lifting capacity transformation
scheme of the hoist from the perspective of economy and technology.
