煤中硫化物促燃机理及采空区危险区域研究

摘要: 为了更有效地进行高硫煤矿煤自然发火预防工作,以三交河煤矿11-003 回采工作面为研究对象,分析了煤中
硫化物的促燃机理、高硫煤采空区自燃危险区域和高硫煤工作面上隅角监测标志气体,得出了煤中硫化物促燃的氧化放
热、改变煤分子表面孔隙结构和燃点低三个方面,高硫煤工作面采空区自燃危险区域更大的特征与CO 和C2H6可作为高
硫煤上隅角自燃预测标志气体的结论。

Study on Combustion-promoting Mechanism of Sulfide in Coal and Dangerous Area Distribution
of Goaf

Abstract: In order to prevent spontaneous combustion of high sulfur coal mine more effectively, taking 11-003 working face of
Sanjiaohe Coal Mine as the research object, this paper analyzed the combustion-promoting mechanism of sulfide in coal, the
spontaneous combustion risk area of high sulfur coal goaf and the monitoring indicator gas of upper corner of high sulfur coal
working face. It was concluded that releasing heat during sulfide oxidation, changing of pore structure in coal molecule surface
and the low ignition point were the three aspects that made sulphide promote combustion, the risk area of spontaneous combustion
in goaf of high sulfur coal working face was larger, and CO and C2H6 could be used as indicator gases for predicting spontaneous
combustion of upper corner of high sulfur coal.
