煤矿用钢丝绳缺陷检测系统的设计研究

摘要: 在煤矿生产中需要使用大量的钢丝绳,通过对钢丝绳缺陷进行研究,发现钢丝绳缺陷主要包括跳丝、骑马、
股松散、麻心外露、扭结等质量问题,这些对煤矿生产的安全造成严重影响。对矿用钢丝绳使用中存在的缺陷问题进行
分析,并提出以往钢丝绳缺陷检测中存在的问题和检测系统的设计意义,最后对检测系统设计进行阐述,以期为煤矿生
产钢丝绳检测系统设计提供参考。

Design and Research of Defect Detection System of Steel Wire Ropes Used in Coal Mines

Abstract: A large number of steel wire ropes are needed in coal mine production. Through the research on the defects of steel
wire ropes, it is found that the defects of steel wire ropes mainly include quality problems such as jumping wire, riding, loose
strand, hemp core exposed, kink, etc., which have a serious impact on the safety of coal mine production. This paper analyzed the
defects existing in the use of mine steel wire ropes, and put forward the problems existing in the previous detection of wire rope
defects and the design significance of the detection system. Finally, the design of the detection system was described, in order to
provide reference for the design of the detection system for the production of coal mines.
