摘要: LNG (液化天然气) 工厂能量回收系统包括液力透平、发电及控制系统。液力透平实现对高压LNG 的节流减
压,将LNG 储存于常压储罐中;发电及控制系统回收高压LNG 压力能转换为电能,并网回收利用。样机系统的水力性
能测试,实现了节流降压、回收压力能功能,测试值与模拟值吻合较好。

Development and Test of an Energy Recovery System for LNG Liquefaction Plant

Abstract: The energy recovery system of LNG (liquefied natural gas) plant includes hydraulic turbine, power generation and
control system. The hydraulic turbine realizes the throttling and pressure reduction of high pressure LNG, and stores LNG in
atmospheric storage tank; the power generation and control system can recover the pressure energy of high pressure LNG into
electric energy, and then it can be recycled by grid connection. The hydraulic performance test of the prototype system realizes
the functions of throttling, reducing pressure and recovering pressure energy, and the test values are in good agreement with the
simulation values.
