660 MW机组邻机汽源启动技术的研究与经济性分析

摘要: 传统火电机组的运行和检修遵循单元制思想,普遍存在检修工期长、启动时间久、消耗大量燃料等问题。为
实现机组节能增效,并满足电网调峰调频的要求,迫切需要探索更合理的启动方式。基于邻机汽源的思路,研究了660 MW
机组邻机汽源启动技术,分析了启动过程中的系统配置、冲转方式和进汽参数的选择。结合电厂的实际运用,对运行后
的技术数据进行分析,验证了邻机汽源启动技术的安全性和经济性,有效缩短了机组启动时间,节约了大量燃料成本。
此外,采用邻机汽源启动技术的系统简单,操作过程容易控制且安全可靠,适合机组调峰调频、检修时使用。

Abstract: The operation and maintenance of traditional thermal power units follow the idea of unit system, and have the problems
such as long maintenance period, long starting time and large amount of fuel consumption. A more reasonable starting method is
urgently needed to realize energy saving and efficiency increase of the unit and meet the requirements of power grid peak-frequency
modulation. This paper studied the starting technology of adjacent steam source of 660 MW unit based on the idea of adjacent
steam source, and analyzed the system configuration, impulse mode and the selection of steam intake parameters during the
startup process. Combined with the actual application in the power plant, the data after the operation was analyzed, which verified
that the starting technology of adjacent steam source was safe and economical, and effectively shortend the starting time and saved
a lot of fuel cost. In addition, the system of starting technology of adjacent steam source is simple, the operation process is easy to
control and reliable, and it is suitable for the peak adjustment, frequency adjustment and maintenance of the unit.
