煤矿刮板输送机刮板常见链条故障及其维护

摘要： 刮板输送机是煤矿重要的装煤装岩设备，其正常运行对于煤矿生产效率有着重要的影响。由于煤矿井下恶劣
的环境，刮板输送机经常会发生故障，严重影响了煤矿的生产效率。分析了煤矿刮板输送机常见的链条故障，并给出了
一些针对性的维护措施，可以为煤矿刮板输送机的维护提供一定的参考。

Common Chain Faults and Maintenance of Scraper Conveyors in Coal Mines

Abstract: Scraper conveyors are important coal and rock loading equipment in coal mines, the normal operation of which has an
important impact on the efficiency of coal production. Due to the bad environment of coal mines, scraper conveyors often break
down, which seriously affects the efficiency of coal mine production. This paper analyzed the common chain faults of coal mine
scraper conveyors, and gave some targeted maintenance measures, which can provide some reference for the maintenance of coal
mine scraper conveyors.
