煤矿开采技术与安全生产管理探讨

摘要： 煤矿开采技术的进步降低了作业人员的劳动强度，提高了煤炭开采效率与质量，但煤矿安全事故仍时有发生，对
作业人员的生命安全造成威胁。对多种煤矿开采技术进行了分析，并提出了煤矿安全生产管理策略，可供相关人员参考。

Discussion on Mining Technologies and Work Safety Management of Coal Mines

Abstract: The progress of coal mining technology reduces the labor intensity of the operators and improves the efficiency and
quality of coal mining. However, the safety accidents still occur frequently, which threaten the life safety of the operators. This
paper analyzed a variety of coal mining technologies, and put forward the work safety management strategy of coal mines, which
can provide reference for relevant personnel.
