煤矿皮带机集中控制系统分析

摘要： 为了进一步提升煤矿皮带机的运行效率，必须要实现对煤矿皮带机的集中控制。简要分析了皮带机集中控制
要实现的功能以及方法，探讨了采用KTC191-Z型控制器的皮带机集中控制系统。通过在斜沟煤矿的应用可以发现，皮
带机集中控制系统能有效改善皮带机的运行状况。

Analysis on Centralized Control System of Coal Mine Belt Conveyor

Abstract: In order to further improve the operating efficiency of coal mine belt conveyors, it is necessary to realize centralized
control of coal mine belt conveyors. This paper briefly analyzed the functions and methods to be realized by the centralized control
of the belt conveyors, and discussed the centralized control system of the belt conveyor using the KTC191-Z controller. Through
the application in Xiegou Coal Mine, it can be found that the centralized control system of the belt conveyor can effectively
improve the operation of the belt conveyor.
