亿隆煤业通风系统优化改造

摘要: 针对亿隆煤业矿井通风阻力较大、总回风量不足的问题,建立了矿井约束型风量解算模型,从理论上证明了
通风量不足的问题,以此为基础,提出将3 号煤层回风大巷断面从18 m2扩大至22 m2。优化后的通风系统下巷道通风阻
力及风速均满足安全生产的标准,实现了进风系统和回风系统风流的平衡,确保了各工序的顺利进行。

Abstract: In view of the problems of large ventilation resistance and insufficient total return air volume in Yilong Coal Industry
Co., Ltd., this paper established a mine constrained air volume calculation model, which proved the problem of insufficient
ventilation in theory. Based on this, the section of return air roadway in No.3 coal seam was extended from 18 m2 to 22 m2. The
optimized ventilation system can meet the work safety standards, which has realized the balance of air flow between the air intake
system and the air return system, and ensured the smooth progress of each process.
