运输巷锚网索和金属棚联合支护问题分析

摘要: 以山西蒲县华胜煤业有限公司位于井田北部的3111 工作面为例,针对工作面特殊的采矿地质条件,提出了高
强度、高韧性的锚网索和金属棚联合支护设计。对3111 工作面运输巷道锚网索和金属棚联合支护参数进行了模拟,并提
出了联合支护工艺的临时支护方案和永久支护方案。现场应用结果表明,该支护方案的应用能有效控制巷道围岩变形,
提高了巷道稳定性,降低了支架修复率,为工作面安全生产提供了可靠保证。

Analysis on Combined Support of Anchor-net-cable and Metal Shed in Transportation Roadway

Abstract: Taking 3111 working face in the north of the well field of Puxian Huasheng Coal Industry Co., Ltd. of Shanxi as an
example, the design of combined support of anchor-net-cable and metal shed with high strength and high toughness was proposed
according to the special mining geological conditions of the working face. This paper simulated the parameters of the combined
support of anchor-net-cable and metal shed in 3111 working face, and proposed the temporary support scheme and permanent
support scheme of combined support technology. The field application results showed that the application of the support scheme
can effectively control the deformation of surrounding rock, improve the stability of the roadway, reduce the repair rate of the
support, and provide a reliable guarantee for the safe production of the working face.
