采煤机核心工作机构的优化研究

摘要: 采煤机是煤矿井下综采作业的核心,其运行的稳定性和可靠性直接关系到煤矿井下综采作业效率和安全性。
针对目前采煤机运行过程中存在的问题,确定了摇臂传动系统温度控制、摇臂行星架结构优化、传动齿轮结构强度优化
的方案。实际应用表明,优化后采煤机摇臂行星架工作时的最大应力集中降低了20%以上,传动齿轮的使用寿命提升了
34%以上,采煤机摇臂传动系统的温升过高问题得到了有效解决,显著提升了采煤机运行时的安全性和稳定性。

Abstract: Shearer is the core of coal mine fully mechanized mining operation, its stability and reliability is directly related to the
efficiency and safety of coal mine fully mechanized mining operation. In view of the problems existing in the operation process of
the shearer, this paper determined the temperature control of the rocker transmission system, the structural optimization of the
rocker planet carrier and the structural strength optimization of the transmission gear. The practical application showed that the maximum
stress concentration of the planet carrier of the shearer rocker arm was reduced by more than 20% after optimization, the
service life of the transmission gear was increased by more than 34%, and the problem of the high temperature rise of the transmission
system of the shearer rocker arm had been effectively solved, which greatly improved the safety and stability of the shearer.
