煤层气集输管网输差问题分析与认识

摘要: 针对煤层气集输管网存在的输差问题,结合保德地区煤层气集输工艺流程,从计量输差和漏失输差两个方面
分析了站场放空、集输系统泄漏、生产波动、计量误差、气体含水等因素对输差的影响。最终认为,计量仪表误差、集
输系统泄漏、气体的压缩性和气体含水是导致煤层气集输管网输差问题的深层原因,并进行了初步定量分析,从而对输
差问题得出一定的客观认识,为集输系统运行管理优化和进一步减小输差提出建议,以提高集输系统效率,减小输差。

Analysis and Understanding of Problem of Measurement Shortage in CBM Gathering and
Transportation Pipeline Network

Abstract: In view of the problem of measurement shortage in CBM gathering and transportation pipeline network, combined with
the processing of CBM gathering and transportation in Baode area, this paper analyzed the influence of station gas discharge,
leakage of gathering and transportation system, production fluctuation, measurement error, water content of gas and other factors
on the measurement shortage from two aspects of metering measurement shortage and leakage measurement shortage. Finally, it
was concluded that the errors of metering instruments, leakage of gathering and transportation system, compressibility of gas and
water content of gas were the deep-seated reasons for the measurement shortage of CBM gathering and transportation pipeline
network, and a preliminary quantitative analysis was carried out to obtain a certain objective understanding of the problem of
measurement shortage, and to put forward some suggestions for optimizing the operation and management of the gathering and
transportation system and further reducing the measurement shortage, so as to improve the efficiency of the gathering and transportation
system and reduce the measurement shortage.
