9106综采工作面上覆采空区探放水施工技术应用

摘要: 针对四明山煤矿9106 综采工作面上部存在的3#煤层采空区积水和3#煤层物探异常区,为保障9106 综采工作
面的安全回采,决定在9106 回风顺槽和9106 运输顺槽布置探水钻场,并对3#煤层采空区积水施工钻孔进行放水施工。
从钻场及钻孔施工设计、采取的安全技术措施方面,对9106 综采工作面上覆采空区探放水施工技术的应用进行了探讨。
实际放水效果证明,9106 综采工作面采取探放水施工技术后共计放水量约为15 100 m3,消除了上覆3#煤层采空区积水
的水患,取得了显著的应用效果。

Application of Water Exploration and Drainage Construction Technology in Overlying Goaf of
9106 Fully Mechanized Mining Face

Abstract: In view of the 3# coal seam goaf water and 3# coal seam geophysical anomaly area in the upper part of 9106 fully
mechanized mining face of Simingshan Coal Mine, in order to ensure the safe mining of 9106 fully mechanized mining face, it was
decided to arrange water exploration drilling field in 9106 return air channel and 9106 transportation channel, and carry out water
drainage construction on the 3# coal seam goaf water construction drilling hole. This paper discussed the application of the
construction technology of water exploration and drainage in the upper cover goaf of 9106 fully mechanized mining face from the
aspects of the design of drilling yard and drilling construction and the safety technical measures taken. The actual drainage effect
showed that the total drainage amount of 9106 fully mechanized mining face was about 15 100 m3 after applying the water exploration
and drainage construction technology, and the water hazard of goaf water in overlying 3# coal seam was eliminated, and
remarkable application effect was obtained.
