大采高综采工作面全断面掩护支架撤除法的应用

摘要: 针对自燃厚煤层、坚硬顶板局部“OX”破断等大采高综采工作面回撤期间面临的底板松软、支护难度大、工
期紧等问题,以望云煤矿15101 综采工作面回撤为工程背景,提出全断面掩护撤除支架法统一回撤断面的支护形式,以
取代“三角区”点柱+ 木垛支护,运用“架前撤架装置+ 单轨吊”的协同作业模式,实现工作面液压支架的快速撤除倒
装,有效缩短了回撤工期,达到了安全高效回撤的目的,以期为同等地质条件下的大采高一次采全高综采工作面的安
全、高效回撤提供借鉴经验。

Application of Full-section Shielding Support Removal Method at Fully Mechanized Mining Face
with Large Mining Height

Abstract: Aiming at the problems such as soft floor, difficulty in supporting and tight construction period faced during the withdrawal
of a fully mechanized mining face with large mining height of spontaneously combustible thick coal seams and local "OX"
broken hard roofs, taking the withdrawal of 15101 fully mechanized mining face of Wangyun Coal Mine as the engineering
background, this paper proposed the supporting form of unified section withdrawn with full-section shielding support removal
method, to replace the "triangular area" point pillar + wood stack support. The "support forward withdrawal device + monorail
crane" collaborative operation mode was used to realize the rapid removal and inversion of the hydraulic support in the working
face, which effectively shortened the withdrawal period, and achieved the purpose of safe and efficient withdrawal, in order to
provide reference experience for achieving the safe and efficient withdrawal, and of the full-height fully mechanized mining face
with large mining height under the same geological conditions.
