煤矿井下防越级跳闸保护系统应用研究

摘要: 煤矿井下供电系统越级跳闸现象频繁,给井下综采作业安全带来了严重隐患。基于此,提出了一种新的井下
防越级跳闸保护系统,对其展开了应用研究。该系统以短路闭锁控制为核心,能自动闭锁故障范围上游的保护开关,实
现对故障区域的快速隔离,同时还具有电网运行状态监测和故障定位功能。实际应用表明,该系统能将井下电网越级跳
闸故障率降低97.3%,将故障排除时间缩短89.1%,可显著提升井下供电系统运行的稳定性和安全性。

Study on Application of Anti-override Trip Protection System in Coal Mines

Abstract: The phenomenon of override trip in underground power supply system is frequent, which brings serious hidden danger
to the safety of underground fully mechanized mining operation. Based on this, this paper put forward a new underground antioverride
trip protection system, and carried out its application research. The system takes the short circuit lock-up control as the
core, which can automatically block the protection switch upstream of the fault range, realize the rapid isolation of the fault area,
and also has the functions of power grid operation status monitoring and fault location. The practical application shows that the
system can reduce the override trip fault rate of underground power grid by 97.3%, and shorten the troubleshooting time by
89.1%, which can significantly improve the stability and safety of underground power supply system.
