矿用对旋轴流式通风机的改进分析

摘要: 以山西乡宁焦煤集团煤矿矿井使用的对旋轴流式通风机为例,对矿用对旋轴流式通风机的改进进行了分析。
针对该煤矿矿井使用的对旋轴流式通风机在运行过程中所出现的喘振现象及喘振裕度不足、工效过低、能耗量较大等诸
多问题,结合方案设计的适用性及施工过程的安全性和高效性等,充分参考借鉴航空发动机压气机系统的设计原理进行
了煤矿对旋轴流式通风机叶轮系统的改善。应用结果表明,优化设计及改善处理后,通风机结构既有喘振问题彻底消除,
叶轮厚度和机械质量明显减小,风机的电能消耗也明显下降,机械通风质量及煤矿开挖施工工效显著提升。

Improvement Analysis of Mine Counter Rotating Axial Fan

Abstract: Taking the counter rotating axial fan used in Xiangning Coking Coal Group of Shanxi as an example, this paper analyzed
the improvement of mine counter rotating axial fan. In view of the surge phenomenon, insufficient surge margin, low work efficiency,
large energy consumption and many other problems of counter rotating axial fan used in the coal mine, combined with the applicability
of the scheme design and the safety and efficiency of the construction process, it fully referred to the design principle of
aero-engine compressor system and improved the impeller system of counter rotating axial fan in the coal mine. The application
results showed that after the optimization design and improvement, the surge problem of the fan structure was eliminated completely,
the impeller thickness and mechanical quality were obviously reduced, the power consumption of the fan was also obviously
reduced, and the mechanical ventilation quality and the efficiency of coal mining excavation were significantly improved.
