掘进巷道破碎顶板支护技术应用

摘要: 针对2105 巷掘进期间过断层应力区时,巷道顶板出现破碎、支护失效以及顶板下沉等现象,雁崖煤业公司机
掘三队通过技术研究合理分析了原巷道顶板支护存在的主要问题,并根据实际生产情况,对原支护进行优化,提出了
“JW 型钢带+ 桁架锚索+ 超前钢针”联合支护。从实际应用效果来看,采取联合支护设计后控制了断层应力区巷道顶板
下沉现象,保证了巷道安全快速掘进,取得了显著的应用成效。

Application of Broken Roof Support Technology for Driving Roadway

Abstract: Aiming at the phenomenon of roadway roof cracking, support failure and roof sinking during the 2105 roadway driving
through the fault stress zone, 3rd Team of Machinery Tunnel of Yanya Coal Industry Co., Ltd. reasonably analyzed the main problems
existing in the roof support of the original roadway through technical research, and proposed "JW steel belt + truss anchor
cable + advanced steel needle" combined support for optimizing the original support according to the actual production situation.
The actual application effect shows that the combined support design has controlled the roof sinking phenomenon of the roadway
in the fault stress zone, ensured the safe and rapid roadway excavation, and achieved remarkable application results.
