煤矿井下过陷落柱支护方案的优化研究

摘要: 针对巷道过陷落柱时支护效率低下、围岩稳定性差的不足,提出了一种新的煤矿井下过陷落柱支护方案,以
超前注浆和锚网索联合支护为核心,实现了对过陷落柱巷道的可靠支护,既确保了巷道的支护稳定性,又提升了井下支
护效率和安全性。实际应用表明,新的过陷落柱支护方案能够将巷道顶板的最大变形量降低71.7%,将巷道两帮的最大
变形量降低73.8%,井下巷道的支护效率提升了11.7%。

Study on Optimization of Support Scheme for Passing through Collapse Column in Coal Mines

Abstract: In view of the low support efficiency and poor stability of surrounding rock when the roadway passes through the collapse
column, this paper put forward a new support scheme for the roadway passing through the collapse column in the coal mine,
which takes the advanced grouting and the combined support of bolt, mesh and cable as the core, realizes the reliable support for
the roadway passing through the collapse column, not only ensures the support stability of the roadway, but also improves the
underground support efficiency and safety. The practical application shows that the new support scheme can reduce the maximum
deformation of the roadway roof by 71.7%, the maximum deformation of the two sides of the roadway by 73.8%, and increase the
support efficiency of the underground roadway by 11.7%.
