综采工作面机尾顺槽超前支护液压支架研究

摘要: 针对单体液压支柱配合金属铰接顶梁进行超前支护,存在支护高度低、支护力小、不能自移、工人劳动强度
大等问题的现象,对综采工作面机尾顺槽超前支护液压支架进行研究。分析了其整体设计,并具体分析了其主要结构设
计。通过研究设计该套超前支护液压支架,减轻了工作面工人的劳动强度,提高了支护强度和工作效率,实现了综采工
作面快速推进并达到了安全高产高效的生产目的。

Study on Hydraulic Supports of Advanced Support for Tail Crossheading in Fully Mechanized

Abstract: There are problems such as low support height, small support force, inability to move automatically and high labor
intensity of workers in the advanced support of single hydraulic supports with metal hinged top beams, so this paper studied the
hydraulic supports of advanced support for tail crossheading in fully mechanized mining face. The overall design was analyzed,
and its main structural design was analyzed in detail. Through the research and design of this set of hydraulic supports of
advanced support, the labor intensity of the workers at the working face was reduced, the supporting strength and work efficiency
was improved, which realized the rapid advancement of the fully mechanized mining face and achieved the goal of safe, high-yield
and high-efficiency production.
