开拓煤业井下回风顺槽支护方案的优化研究

摘要: 针对开拓煤业3119 回风顺槽原支护作业的情况,提出了将原有的前支架配合仔型梁支护的方案更改为棚架支
护、锚网索补强的支护方案。通过对优化前后巷道顶板和两帮位移量的监测可知,优化后巷道顶板最大位移量比优化前
降低约35.92%,巷道两帮最大位移量比优化前降低约49.38%,回风顺槽支护的稳定性得到了显著提升。

Abstract: Aiming at the situation of the previous support operation of 3119 return air trough of Kaituo Coal Industry Co., Ltd.,
this paper proposed a new support plan which changed the original plan of front support and 仔-beam support to a plan of scaffold
support and anchor net cable reinforcement. By monitoring the displacement of the roof and the two sides of the roadway before
and after optimization, it can be seen that the maximum displacement of the roof of the roadway after optimization was reduced by
about 35.92%, and the maximum displacement of the two sides of the roadway after optimization was reduced by about 49.38%
compared with before optimization, which has improved the support stability of the air trough significantly.
