城镇污水厂中水工程设计及冬季运行稳定性分析

摘要: 新郑城关污水厂中水回用工程采用“预处理+ 改良AAO+ 高效沉淀+ 臭氧氧化+V 型滤池+ 接触消毒”工艺对
污水进行处理,运行状况稳定、有效,出水水质达到地表类Ⅳ类水质标准,回用于景观补水和绿化浇灌。冬季运行数据
表明:改良AAO 工艺有良好的抗冲击性;臭氧氧化对COD、氨氮和色度有较好的处理效果;V 型滤池对于TP 和浊度有
良好的处理效果。该案例对于华北地区城镇污水处理厂回用水工程的设计和运营有着非常典型的借鉴意义。

Abstract: "Pre-treatment + improved AAO + high efficient sedimentation + ozone contact oxidation + V-type filtration tank +
contact disinfection" processes are applied to treat wastewater in Xinzheng Chengguan Wastewater Treatment Plant. The operation
situation is stable and efficient, and the effluent quality reaches sub-IV class of surface water standard, whihc is reused as landscape
supplement water and greening irrigation water. The winter operation data show that the improved AAO process has good
resistance capacity; ozone contact oxidation has good removal effect on COD, ammonia and colorimetry; V-type filtration tank has
good removal effect on TP and turbidity. This case has a very typical reference for the design and operation of reuse water project
in municipal wastewater treatment plants in North China.
