黑孜河流域水资源开发利用现状与存在问题分析

摘要： 为了确保黑孜河流域水资源得到科学的开发利用，介绍了黑孜河流域概况和水文地质条件，分析了区域水资
源开发利用中存在的问题，从水资源开采、水资源利用、水资源保护、水资源管理等方面提出建议与对策，为区域水资
源开发利用和管理提供参考。

Analysis on Current Situation and Existing Problems of Water Resources Development and
Utilization in Heizi River Basin

Abstract: In order to ensure the scientific development and utilization of water resources in Heizi River Basin, this paper introduced
the general situation and hydrogeological conditions of Heizi River Basin, analyzed the problems existing in the development
and utilization of regional water resources, and put forward suggestions and countermeasures from the aspects of water resources
exploitation, water resources utilization, water resources protection and water resources management, so as to provide reference for
the development, utilization and management of regional water resources.
