拐弯巷道快速机械化掘进工艺研究

摘要: 针对39201 回风顺槽掘进时,受绕道方位角影响,巷道采用掘进机拐弯掘进时,掘进难度大、效率低、掘进
机故障率高等技术难题,山西宏宇诚铸建设工程有限公司经过技术研究,分析了传统过弯巷时施工工艺及主要存在的问
题,并根据实际生产情况,提出了掘进机过弯巷快速掘进工艺。从实际应用效果来看,39201 回风顺槽采用掘进机施工
后,巷道掘进效率提高至6.5 m/d,保证了巷道开口处顶板的稳定性,取得了显著的应用成效。

Study on Rapid Mechanized Driving Technology of Curved Roadway

Abstract: Affected by the detour azimuth, when the curved roadway was tunneled with a roadheader, the driving of 39201 air
return tunnel was difficult to tunnel and low in efficiency, and the roadheader failure rate was high. Through the technical
research of Hongyu Chengzhu Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. of Shanxi, this paper analyzed the traditional construction technology
and the main problems existing in driving a curved roadway, and proposed the rapid driving technology of the curved
roadway by using roadheaders according to the actual production situation. The actual application effect showed that after the
39201 air return tunnel was constructed with a roadheader, the roadway excavation efficiency was increased to 6.5 m/d, which
ensured the stability of the roof at the opening of the roadway, and achieved significant application results.
