复杂地形条件下井下围岩支护方案的优化研究

摘要: 针对煤矿复杂地形条件下围岩支护效率低、稳定性差、安全性不足的隐患,提出了一种新的复杂地形条件下
的围岩支护方案。首先利用仿真分析和数学模拟计算的方式获取不同方式下的支护参数,再通过分析不同锚索布置情况
下的巷道围岩稳定性情况,获取最佳的围岩支护方案。实际应用表明,新的支护方案能够将支护效率提升27.9%,将顶
板变形量降低67.4%,将底板变形量降低84.1%,将煤柱帮变形量降低79.3%,将实体煤帮变形量降低88.1%,显著提升
复杂地形条件下巷道围岩的稳定性。

Abstract: Aiming at the hidden dangers of low efficiency, poor stability and insufficient safety of surrounding rock support under
complex terrain conditions in coal mines, a new support scheme for surrounding rock under complex terrain conditions was
proposed. Firstly, this paper used simulation analysis and mathematical simulation calculation to obtain the support parameters in
different ways, and then analyzed the stability of the roadway surrounding rock under different anchor cable arrangements to
obtain the best surrounding rock support scheme. Practical application showed that the new support scheme can increase the
support efficiency by 27.9%, reduce the deformation of the roof by 67.4%, reduce the deformation of the floor by 84.1%, reduce
the deformation of the coal pillar bank by 79.3%, and reduce the deformation of the solid coal bank by 88.1%, which significantly
improves the stability of the surrounding rock of the roadway under complex terrain conditions.
