辛置煤矿通风系统阻力测定及降阻增效技术研究

摘要: 矿井通风系统是矿井安全生产系统中重要的组成部分之一,对于矿井正常、安全生产有着非常重要的现实意
义。近年来,许多老矿进入深部开采,通风线路增加,巷道支护难度增大,巷道变形大而断面小且不规则,通风阻力增
大,导致实际供风量制约了矿井生产能力的提升,“以风定产”局面更为明显。在这种背景下,开展矿井通风系统阻力
测定及降阻增效优化研究尤显重要和迫切,直接关系到矿井通风优化设计、降低通风费用、提高矿井风量乃至安全生产
和经济效益。

Abstract: Mine ventilation system is one of the important components of mine safety production system, which has a very important
practical significance for the normal and safe production of the mine. In recent years, many old mines have entered deep
mining, with the increase of ventilation lines, the difficulty of roadway support, large deformation of roadway, small and irregular
cross-section, and the increase of ventilation resistance, as a result, the actual air supply restricts the improvement of mine production
capacity, and the situation of "ratifying production by wind" is more obvious. In this context, it is particularly important
and urgent to carry out the research on resistance measurement of mine ventilation system and optimization of resistance reduction
and efficiency improvement, which is directly related to the optimization design of mine ventilation, the reduction of ventilation
costs, the improvement of mine air volume and even safety production and economic benefits.
