马脊梁选煤厂原煤系统技术改造

摘要: 马脊梁选煤厂原煤系统设计生产能力为6.0 Mt/a,不能满足扩能改造达到10.0 Mt/a 的生产能力。在选煤厂现有
原煤系统基础上新增6.0 Mt/a 的原煤准备系统,生产中甩开缓冲仓及给料机,新建201 带式输送机及栈桥,将201 带式
输送机角度由18°调整到13.18°。201 带式输送机采用驱动热备用,变频驱动,准备车间采用双系统设置。改造后生产能
力提高到12.0 Mt/a,满足矿井生产的需求,降低了生产维护工作强度,提高了生产可靠性。

Technical Transformation of Raw Coal System in Majiliang Coal Preparation Plant

Abstract: The designed production capacity of raw coal system in Majiliang Coal Preparation Plant is 6.0 Mt/a, which can not
meet the production capacity of 10.0 Mt/a after capacity expansion. On the basis of the existing raw coal system in the coal preparation
plant, a 6.0 Mt/a raw coal preparation system is added. In production, the buffer bin and feeder are thrown away, 201 belt
conveyor and trestle are built, and the angle of 201 belt conveyor is adjusted from 18°to 13.18°. 201 belt conveyor adopts drive
hot standby and frequency conversion drive, and preparation workshop adopts dual system setting. After the transformation, the
production capacity is increased to 12.0 Mt/a, which meets the demand of mine production, reduces the intensity of production
and maintenance, and improves the production reliability.
