矿井通风阻力测定及通风系统优化研究

摘要: 矿井通风系统是煤矿安全生产、抗灾、节能减排等的重要保障之一,合理优化矿井通风系统对促进煤矿安全
高效生产具有重要意义。通过采用气压计基点测定法对牛山煤业有限公司矿井通风阻力进行了测定,在对矿井通风阻力
分布情况分析的基础上,对矿井通风系统优化进行了探讨。通过优化,矿井通风阻力降低约278 Pa,取得了良好的降阻
效果,为其他矿井通风系统的优化提供了重要借鉴。

Study on Mine Ventilation Resistance Measurement and Ventilation System Optimization

Abstract: Mine ventilation system is one of the important guarantee for work safety, disaster resistance, energy saving and emission
reduction of coal mines. It is of great significance to optimize the ventilation system reasonably to promote the safety and
efficiency of coal mine production. The mine ventilation resistance of Niushan Coal Industry Co., Ltd. was measured by barometer
base point measurement method. Based on the analysis of the distribution of ventilation resistance, this paper optimized the mine
ventilation system, reduced the mine ventilation resistance by about 278 Pa, and achieved good resistance reduction effect, which
provided an important reference for the optimization of other mine ventilation systems.
