高水充填材料巷旁充填沿空留巷技术应用探讨

摘要: 以位于上组煤一采区西翼+974~+1 070 m标高段的010109 综采工作面为例,在概述新型高水充填材料特性的
基础上,进行了新型高水充填材料巷旁充填沿空留巷工艺过程的分析与探讨。应用结果表明,通过水力泵送充填工艺,
并有效结合充填袋、锚栓、自行移动式充填支架等辅助性技术,能有效发挥高水充填材料所具有的速凝早强、支护强度
高、残余强度高、密闭性好等优良性能,并保证其在充填留巷方面应用的可靠性。

Discussion on Application of Gob-side Entry Retaining Technology of Roadside Packing with
High-water Filling Material

Abstract: Taking the 010109 fully mechanized mining face located at the +974 - +1 070 m elevation section of the west wing of
the first mining area of the upper coal group as an example, on the basis of summarizing the characteristics of the new high-water
filling material, this paper carried out analysis and discussion on the technological process of gob-side entry retaining of roadside
packing with high-water filling material. The application results show that through the hydraulic pumping filling process and
effectively combining auxiliary technologies such as filling bags, anchor bolt, and self-moving filling brackets, the excellent
properties of high-water filling materials such as rapid setting and early strength, high support strength, high residual strength and
good airtightness can be effectively exerted, and the reliability of its application in filling retained entries can be ensured.
