柔模沿空留巷在高河能源W1310工作面的应用浅析

摘要: 高河能源属于高瓦斯矿井,回采工作面采用双U 型通风方式,需要布置4 条煤巷顺槽,加上切眼共计5 条,
掘进工程量大,吨煤成本高,采掘接续紧张,且仍然没有从根本上解决上隅角瓦斯超限问题,回采推进度慢,严重制约
了矿井的高产高效。针对此问题,高河能源决定对综放工作面进行柔模沿空留巷,以便该巷用于相邻工作面回采,减少
了顺槽的掘进,解决了吨煤成本高、回采推进度慢的难题。

Abstract: Gaohe Energy Co., Ltd. belongs to high gas mines. The mining face adopts double U-type ventilation mode. It needs to
arrange 4 coal roadways, totally 5 roadways including the open-off cut. The amount of excavation works is large, the cost of coal
per ton is high, and the connection of tunneling and mining is tense. Moreover, the problem of gas exceeding the limit in the
upper corner has not been solved fundamentally, and the mining progress is slow, which seriously restricts the high yield and high
efficiency of the mine. In order to solve this problem, Gaohe Energy Co., Ltd. decided to retain the roadway along the goaf with
flexible mould in the fully mechanized caving face, so that the roadway can be used in the mining of adjacent working face,
reducing the excavation of the roadway and solving the problem of high cost per ton of coal and slow mining advance.
