青洼煤业2104工作面区段小煤柱合理尺寸留设研究

摘要: 以山西晋能控股煤业集团翼城晟泰青洼煤业2104 工作面为工程背景,根据Z-P 屈服准则建立塑性区宽度计算
模型,再使用极限平衡理论进行计算,求得小煤柱的合理尺寸区间;利用软件模拟不同宽度的煤柱,分析21041 巷道在
掘进与回采期间围岩垂直应力以及塑性区的分布规律,从而得到2104 工作面的合理宽度为5 m。

Abstract: Taking 2104 working face of Shengtai Qingwa Coal Industry Co., Ltd. of Yicheng, Jinneng Coal Holding Coal Industry
Group of Shanxi as the engineering background, this paper established the calculation model of plastic zone width according to
Z-P yield criterion, and then used the limit equilibrium theory to calculate the reasonable size range of small coal pillars. It
analyzed the distribution law of vertical stress and plastic zone in surrounding rock of 21041 roadway during tunneling and mining
by simulating coal pillars of different widths with software, and obtained that the reasonable width of 2104 working face was 5 m.
