厚坚硬顶板条件下小煤柱沿空掘巷技术研究

摘要: 以晋牛煤矿厚坚硬直接顶条件下厚煤层综放开采为背景,采用理论分析、数值模拟及现场实践等方法,对晋
牛煤矿10110 综放工作面和10112 综放工作面开展小煤柱沿空掘巷技术研究。通过分析不同煤柱宽度的围岩应力及塑性
区分布,确定了13 m 的煤柱宽度。现场监测结果表明,留设13 m宽度煤柱及进行合理支护后,沿空巷道围岩稳定性得
以提高,可满足工作面安全生产。

Research on Gob-side Entry Driving Technology of Small Coal Pillars under Condition of Thick
and Hard Roof

Abstract: Taking the fully mechanized top coal caving mining of the thick coal seam under the condition of thick and hard direct
roof in Jinniu Coal Mine as the background, using theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and field practice methods, this paper
carried out technical research on gob-side entry driving technology of small coal pillars in 10110 fully mechanized caving face
and 10112 fully mechanized caving face of Jinniu Coal Mine. By analyzing the stress and plastic distribution of surrounding rock
with different coal pillar width, the coal pillar width of 13 m was determined. The field monitoring results show that after reserving
the coal pillars with width of 13 m and carrying out reasonable support, the stability of surrounding rock along goaf roadway can
be improved, which can meet the safety production of working face.
