底抽巷穿层钻孔抽采参数优化研究

摘要: 针对暖泉煤业底抽巷瓦斯抽采时层位不当、抽采效果差等问题,对合理层位、钻孔间距、有效半径等参数进
行了系统研究,并在现场进行了试验。结果表明,底抽巷层位布置在3#煤层下方7耀9 m处比较合适,工作面预抽90 d
的合理钻孔间距为3 m,有效抽采半径为1.5 m,预抽时间与钻孔间距和有效抽采半径同步变化,满足矿方市场需求。

Abstract: Aiming at the problems of improper strata and poor drainage effect during gas drainage in the bottom-drainage roadway
of Nuanquan Coal Industry Co., Ltd., this paper carried out a systematic study on parameters such as reasonable strata, borehole
spacing and effective radius. And tests were carried on site. The results show that the layout of the bottom-drainage roadway
at 7-9 m below the 3# coal seam is more appropriate, the reasonable drilling spacing for 90 d of working face pre-drainage is 3 m,
and the effective drainage radius is 1.5 m. The pre-draining time changes synchronously with the borehole spacing and the effective
drainage radius to meet the needs of the mine market.
