瓦斯电厂发电机组冷却系统节能改造

摘要: 研究一种针对瓦斯电厂内燃机型串联共轴发电系统的开式循环冷却系统控制算法,以提升系统的节能特性。
该控制系统利用高温管和低温管的水温、水压、流量数据和冷水箱的水位数据,控制指令输出到冷却系统鼓风机和循环
泵的PLC。仿真试验中,与传统控制系统相比,该系统高温管水温温差下降53.69%,单位发电量瓦斯消耗量下降
9.76%,冷却水开式循环蒸发量下降59.32%,冷却系统的厂电消耗量下降89.70%,证实了该控制系统将产生较为显著的
节能效果。

Energy Saving Transformation of Cooling System of Generator Set in Gas Power Plant

Abstract: This paper studied a control algorithm of open cycle cooling system for internal combustion series coaxial power generation
system for gas power plants in order to improve the energy saving characteristics of the system. The control system uses the
water temperature, water pressure, flow data of high temperature pipe and low temperature pipe and the water level data of cold
water tank to output the control command to the PLC of cooling system blower and circulating pump. In the simulation test, compared
with the traditional control system, the temperature difference of the high temperature pipe in the system is reduced by
53.69%, the gas consumption per unit power generation is reduced by 9.76%, the open cycle evaporation of cooling water is
reduced by 59.32%, and the auxiliary power consumption of the cooling system is reduced by 89.70%. It is proved that the control
system will produce more significant energy-saving effect.
