红外节能材料提高链条锅炉煤炭利用率研究与应用

摘要: 针对燃煤链条锅炉煤炭燃烧不完全,实际运行热效率普遍偏低的问题,通过研究链条锅炉煤层燃烧的固有特
性和炉墙材料特性,研发了红外节能专利技术。该技术采用强化煤层着火的红外节能炉衬、高性能保温材料以及优化炉
拱结构,提高热辐射能力和保温性能来促进引燃新煤层着火燃烧,减少热损失,有效提高煤炭利用效率。实际应用表
明,技术改造获得了显著的节能效果。

Research and Application of Infrared Energy-saving Materials to Improve Coal Utilization Rate
of Chain Boilers

Abstract: Aiming at the problem of incomplete coal combustion and generally low thermal efficiency in actual operation of coalfired
chain boilers, this paper developed the infrared energy-saving patented technology by studying the inherent characteristics of
coal seam combustion and furnace wall material characteristics of chain boilers. This technology uses infrared energy-saving
furnace linings to strengthen coal seam fire, high-performance heat insulating material and optimized furnace arch structure to
improve heat radiation and heat preservation performance to promote ignition and combustion of new coal seams, reduce heat loss
and effectively improve coal utilization efficiency. Practical applications show that the technological transformation has achieved
significant energy-saving effects.
