碳黑尾气和废气的利用探讨

摘要： 对碳黑尾气和废气的利用进行了探讨。针对一1伊105 t/a 的碳黑生产线产生的尾气和废气，设计并新建尾气锅
炉发电装置和脱硫脱硝装置。通过发电装置和脱硫脱硝装置，既充分利用了尾气的热能和化学能，又使尾气和废气处理
达标，达到了经济利用和环保处理的相统一。

Discussion on Utilization and Treatment Practice of Carbon Black Tail Gas and Waste Gas

Abstract: This paper discussed the utilization of carbon black tail gas and waste gas. In view of the tail gas and waste gas
produced by a 1伊105 t/a carbon black production line, a new tail gas boiler power generation device and a desulfurization and
denitrification device are designed and built. Through power generation device and desulfurization and denitrification device, not
only the heat energy and chemical energy of tail gas are fully utilized, but also the tail gas and waste gas are treated up to the
standard, achieving the unity of economic utilization and environmental protection treatment.
