洗煤厂设备自动化过程控制及节能降耗研究

摘要： 洗煤是去除原煤中矸石等杂质的一个过程，包括的环节众多，设备自动化程度不高，造成了不少的能源损耗。
对中国煤矿企业洗煤厂进行了概述，阐述了洗煤厂设备自动化过程控制，分析了影响洗煤厂产生能耗的因素，最后有针
对性地提出了洗煤厂设备节能降耗策略，为中国洗煤工艺技术的应用提供了些许借鉴。

Study on Automatic Process Control and Energy Saving and Consumption Reduction of
Equipment in Coal Washing Plants

Abstract: Coal washing is a process to remove gangue and other impurities in raw coal. It involves many links, and the degree of
equipment automation is not high, which causes a lot of energy loss. This paper gave an overview of the coal washing plants of
coal mines in China, explained the equipment automation process control of the coal washing plants, analyzed the factors affecting
the energy consumption of the coal washing plants, and finally put forward the energy saving and consumption reduction strategies
of equipment in coal washing plants to provide reference for the application of coal washing technology in China.
