高校能耗分析及节能管理对策研究
———以蚌埠医学院为例

摘要： 高校能源管理是高校治理体系和高校后勤保障的重要组成部分。利用数据统计等手段对蚌埠医学院近年来的
能源使用情况进行统计分析，通过横向及纵向对比，结合国家相关政策法规及同类高校能耗情况，对该校能源消耗现状
进行了综合分析，找出了能源使用和管理中存在的不合理不科学之处，以及日常行政、教学、科研等工作及学生生活中
出现的能源浪费情况。据此，提出了有针对性的节能管理对策，为学校能源使用管理及节能减排工作提供参考依据。

On Energy Consumption and Energy-saving Management Countermeasures of Colleges and
Universities：Taking Bengbu Medical College as an Example

Abstract: Energy management of colleges and universities is an important part of the governance system and logistics support of
colleges and universities. This paper used data statistics and other methods to carry out statistical analysis on the energy usage of
Bengbu Medical College in recent years. Through horizontal and vertical comparisons, combined with relevant national policies
and regulations as well as the energy consumption in similar colleges and universities, it comprehensively analyzed the current
energy consumption of the college, found out the unreasonable and unscientific aspects of energy use and management, as well as
the energy waste in daily administration, teaching, scientific research and other work and students' lives. Accordingly, targeted
energy-saving management countermeasures were proposed to provide reference for school energy use management and energy
saving and emission reduction work.
