大深度矿井围岩破坏分析及支护工艺研究

摘要: 针对大深度矿井冲击地压大、巷道变形严重的现状,在对井下围岩破坏原因进行分析的基础上,提出了一种
新的支护工艺,以“高强度锚索网支护+ 井下注浆加固”为基础,在简化支护结构的情况下显著提高了井下支护的平稳
性。实际应用表明,新的支护方式能将顶板最大位移量降低65.5%以上,将侧帮最大位移量降低64.1%,显著提升了井
下巷道支护的稳定性。

Abstract: Aiming at the current situation of high rock burst and serious roadway deformation in large-depth coal mines, based
on the analysis of the reasons for the damage of the underground surrounding rock, this paper proposed a new supporting
technology based on "high-strength anchor-cable mesh support + underground grouting reinforcement", which significantly improved
the stability of underground support while simplifying the supporting structure. Practical application showed that the new
support method can reduce the maximum displacement of the roof by more than 65.5%, reduce the maximum displacement of the
sides by 64.1%, and significantly improve the stability of the underground roadway support.
