矿井压风系统自动控制改造研究

摘要: 针对寺河二号井空压机设备老化,无法远程监控和信息共享等问题,对压风系统进行了自动控制改造。对控
制系统、视频监控系统和上位机软件系统界面的改造设计进行了分析。试验结果表明,改造后的系统能实现压风作业的
自动化控制、数据采集、信息传输、故障报警、信息归档、报表生成等功能,实现就地自动化启停压风机、远程监测状
态、远程控制压风机,达到无人值守的目的。

Study on Automatic Control Transformation of Mine Air Compressor System

Abstract: Aiming at the problems of aging and inability to remotely monitor and share information of the air compressor equipment
in No.2 Well of Sihe Coal Mine, the automatic control transformation of the air compressor system was carried out. This paper
analyzed the transformation design of the control system, video monitoring system and host computer software system interface.
The test results show that the reformed system can realize the functions of automatic control, data acquisition, information transmission,
fault alarm, information archiving, report generation, etc. of compressed air operations, and realize automatic start and
stop of pressure fans, remote monitoring status, and remote control of pressure fan, achieving the purpose of unattended operation.
