薄煤层综采工作面智能化技术研究

摘要: 薄煤层在中国煤炭总储量中占比在20%左右,工业储量达9.8×109 t,其中,可开采储量6.5×109 t。但是,由于
其开采劳动强度大、效益低,全国各大矿区均存在“采厚弃薄”的现象。霍州煤电集团为解决后备资源紧张问题,提高
煤炭资源的采出率,在店坪煤矿建设集团公司首个智能化薄煤层综采工作面。从薄煤层智能开采技术、工作面视频监控
技术、薄煤层工作面沿空留巷3 个方面入手对薄煤层智能化开采进行介绍,以期为集团公司后续薄煤层工作面建设提供
理论支持。

Research on Intelligent Technology of Fully Mechanized Mining Face in Thin Seams

Abstract: Thin coal seams account for about 20% of the total coal reserves in China, and the industrial reserves can reach 9.8×109 t,
among which the recoverable reserves are 6.5×109 t. However, due to the high labor intensity and low benefit, there exists the
phenomenon of "mining thick seams and discarding thin seams" in all major mining areas in China. In order to solve the shortage
of reserve resources and improve the recovery rate of coal resources, Huozhou Coal Electricity Group has built the group's first
intelligent fully mechanized mining face in thin coal seams of Dianping Coal Mine. This paper introduced the intelligent mining
technology of thin coal seams from three aspects: intelligent mining technology of thin coal seams, video monitoring technology of
working face, gob-side entry retaining technology of thin coal seam working face, so as to provide theoretical support for the
subsequent construction of thin coal seam working face of the group.
