辛置煤矿井下系统优化技术研究

摘要: 辛置煤矿是一座建矿将近长达70 a的老矿井,井下系统较为复杂。为了解决辛置煤矿+540 水平10#煤层东四
延伸采区上下班途中花费时间长,供电距离长,压降大,造成末端电压偏低,不能满足正常生产需求等问题,对此采区
所处位置与周边巷道的层位关系进行了研究,在缩短供电距离及行人时间上挖潜力、增效益,通过矿井系统优化设计,
在+540 水平10#煤层东四延伸采区与2#煤层450 水平大巷之间施工联络巷,实现了缩短供电距离4 400 m,缩短职工上
下班途中距离约8 500 m,节约时长2 h。这为辛置煤矿实现降低职工劳动强度、提高矿井经济效益等方面奠定了坚实的
基础,对提高煤炭企业的竞争力具有重要意义。

Research on Underground System Optimization Technology of Xinzhi Coal Mine

Abstract: Xinzhi Coal Mine is an old mine which has been built for nearly 70 a, and its underground system is more complex. In
order to understand the problems of long time on the way to and from work, long power supply distance and large voltage drop in
east fourth extension mining area of +540 level 10# coal seam in Xinzhi Coal Mine, resulting in low terminal voltage and unable to
meet the normal production demand, this paper studied the relationship between the mining area location and the surrounding
roadway, and explored the potential and increased benefits in shortening the power supply distance and pedestrian time. Through
the optimization design of the mine system, the connection roadway between the east fourth extension mining area of 10# coal seam
at the level of +540 and the No.2 coal seam at the level of 450 level main roadway was constructed, thus shortening the power
supply distance of 4 400 m, shortening the distance of workers' commuting to work by about 8 500 m, saving 2 h. This has laid a
solid foundation for Xinzhi Coal Mine to reduce the labor intensity of workers and improve the economic benefits of the mine,
which is of great significance to improve the competitiveness of coal enterprises.
