寺河煤矿二号井153304综采工作面回撤技术研究

摘要: 确保综采回撤效率及安全保障能力,对提高煤炭开采效率具有重要意义。以寺河煤矿二号井153304 综采工作
面设备回撤为工程实例,重点对采煤机、刮板输送机、液压支架等综采设备回撤技术进行探讨。综采工作面采用回撤技
术后,回采期间顶板始终保持稳定,未出现任何安全事故,同时整个采面回采耗时控制在45 d以内,取得了较为明显的
回撤效果。

Research on Withdrawal Technology of 153304 Fully Mechanized Mining Face in No.2 Well of
Sihe Coal Mine

Abstract: It is of great significance to ensure the withdrawal efficiency and safety guarantee ability of fully mechanized mining to
improve the efficiency of coal mining. Taking 153304 fully mechanized mining face equipment withdrawal of No.2 well in Sihe
Coal Mine as an engineering example, this paper mainly discussed the withdrawal technology of shearer, scraper conveyor,
hydraulic support and other fully mechanized mining equipment. After the fully mechanized mining face adopts the withdrawal
technology, the roof is always stable during the mining period, and there is no safety accident. At the same time, the mining time
of the whole working face is controlled within 45 d, and the obvious withdrawal effect is achieved.
