煤层气井邻井碰撞事故处理工艺

摘要: 煤层气工业化平台开发模式中,钻井过程中易发生井碰事故。在山西沁水郑庄区块ZH-L12-1 井钻井过程中井
眼轨迹与ZH-L12 井发生碰撞事故,导致ZH-L12 井二开技术套管和三开生产套管同时被打穿。通过采用分级固井处理
该事故,成功消除了井眼轨迹碰撞影响,避免了大的经济损失,同时也为煤层气井碰事故处理提供了思路。

Treatment Technology of Adjacent Well Collision Accidents in CBM Wells

Abstract: In the development mode of CBM industrial platform, well collision accidents are easy to occur during drilling. During
the drilling of ZH-L12-1 well in Qinshui Zhengzhuang block of Shanxi, a collision accident occurred between the wellbore
trajectory and ZH-L12 well, resulting in the simultaneous penetration of the second spud in technical casing and the third spud in
production casing of ZH-L12 well. By using graded cementing to deal with the accident, the impact of wellbore trajectory collision
was successfully eliminated, and large economic losses were avoided. At the same time, it also provided ideas for the treatment of
coalbed gas well collision accidents.
