膨胀充填材料在井下防火密闭墙构筑中的应用

摘要： 介绍了膨胀充填材料的组成、性能等，对其在井下防火密闭墙构筑中应用的工艺方式、试验结果进行了分析，
并进行了经济分析。一系列试验表明，膨胀充填材料的初始凝聚时间在30 min 左右，同时抗压强度也高达0.3 MPa，膨
胀率在10%～30%之间。在充填膨胀充填材料之后可实现无漏风和串风现象，达到预期效果。

Application of Expansion Filling Material in Construction of Underground Fire-proof and
Airtight Partition Wall

Abstract: This paper introduced the composition, performance, etc. of the expansion filling material, analyzed the application
process and test results of it in the construction of underground fire-proof and airtight partition wall, and carried out the economic
analysis. A series of tests showed that the initial aggregation time of the expansion filling material was about 30 min, while the
compressive strength was as high as 0.3 MPa, and the expansivity was 10%-30%. After filling the expansion filling material, it
can realize no air leakage and no cross wind, and the expected effect can be achieved.
