摘要: 煤矿机械齿轮和轴承设备在煤矿生产过程中发挥着重要的作用。基于机械齿轮和轴承的故障类型及原因分析,
指出振动信号检测法是诊断煤矿机械齿轮和轴承故障的主要方法,并对该诊断方法的流程进行了详细的阐述;同时,根
据故障类型和失效方式对齿轮和轴承故障提出了改进措施,对降低煤矿机械齿轮和轴承故障率、延长设备使用寿命具有
重要的参考价值。

Fault Diagnosis for Gears and Bearings of Coal Mine Machinery and Improvement Measures

Abstract: Gear and bearing equipment of coal mine machinery plays an important role in the production process of coal mines.
Based on the analysis of fault types and causes of mechanical gears and bearings, this paper pointed out that vibration signal
detection method is the main method to diagnose gear and bearing faults of coal mine machinery, and expounded the process of the
diagnosis method in detail. At the same time, according to the fault types and failure modes, it put forward the improvement
measures of gear and bearing faults, which has important reference value for reducing the failure rate of gears and bearings of coal
mine machinery and increasing the service life of equipment.
