空气压缩机余热回收再利用控制方法研究

摘要: 以空气压缩机余热回收再利用系统为研究对象,主要研究了余热回收再利用控制方法。利用ANSYS 仿真软件
对板式换热器供水管径及板式换热器入口处冷却水的供水流速进行仿真分析,从而确定了最佳的供水管径和供水流速。

Abstract: This paper took the waste heat recovery and reuse system of air compressor as the research object, and mainly studied
the control method of waste heat recovery and reuse. The ANSYS simulation software was used to simulate and analyze the water
supply pipe diameter of the plate heat exchanger and the water supply velocity of the cooling water at the entrance of the plate
heat exchanger, so as to determine the best water supply pipe diameter and water supply velocity.
