高寒地区燃煤电厂湿烟羽深度控制研究

摘要: 燃煤电厂湿烟羽排放既造成了水资源的浪费,又对局部区域气象造成了影响。湿烟羽的强度除了排烟自身因
素以外,还与气象条件(空气温度、湿度) 紧密相关。消除或改善燃煤电厂湿烟羽的方法有加热法、冷凝法、冷凝再热
法等,在西北地区需要采用冷凝-再热法才能实现对湿烟羽的有效治理,且需要将烟气深度降温才能保证效果。以一台
300 MW 机组为例,烟气采用两级深度冷凝降温,以回收烟气中的大部分水蒸气,并结合烟气加热技术可以消除或大幅
缓解该地区冬季常规气象条件下的湿烟羽排放问题。

Research on In-depth Control of Wet Plume of Coal-fired Power Plants in Alpine Areas

Abstract: The emission of wet plumes from coal-fired power plants not only wastes water resources, but also affects the local
meteorology. The intensity of wet plume is closely related to meteorological conditions (air temperature and humidity) in addition to
the factors of smoke exhaust. The methods to eliminate or improve the wet plume of coal-fired power plants include heating
method, condensation method, condensation reheat method, etc. In Northwest China, the condensation reheat method needs to be
used to effectively control the wet plume, and the flue gas needs to be deeply cooled to ensure the effect. Taking a 300 MW unit
as an example, the flue gas is cooled by two-stage deep condensation to recover most of the water vapor in the flue gas. Combined
with flue gas heating technology, the problem of wet plume emission under conventional meteorological conditions in winter in this
area can be eliminated or greatly alleviated.
