平板式太阳能集热器盖板的研究现状分析

摘要: 为了减少平板式太阳能集热器的顶部热损失,提高集热器的热效率,根据平板式太阳能集热器的结构,选择
对顶部结构透明盖板进行优化。就近些年来人们对透明盖板优化方面的进展进行总结,包括盖板材料的选用、对于盖板
表面的镀膜技术、各种不同形式的盖板以及与优质保温固体材料SiO2气凝胶结合的盖板。这些优化措施都是通过改变透
明盖板的隔热性、透光性和反射性,从而达到优化的目的。最后,对未来透明盖板优化发展方向进行了展望。

Analysis on Research Status of Flat-plate Solar Collector Cover Plate

Abstract: In order to reduce the top heat loss of the flat-plate solar collector and improve the thermal efficiency of the collector,
the transparent cover plate of the top structure was selected to optimize according to the flat-plate solar collector structure. This
paper summarized the progress of the cover plate's optimization in recent years, including selection of cover plate material, coating
technology for the cover plate surface, a variety of different forms of the cover plates and the cover plate combined with highquality
insulated solid material silica aerogel. These optimization measures are to achieve the purpose of optimization by changing
the heat insulation, light transmission and reflection of the transparent cover plate. Finally, it looked forward to the optimization
development direction of transparent cover plate in the future.
