高硫烧结烟气脱硫及消白技术应用

摘要: 介绍了A 钢铁企业260 m2烧结机烟气工况及脱硫、消白要求,针对高硫烟气,采用双塔双循环的石灰-石膏法
烟气脱硫工艺。为实现烟气消白,采用MGGH (热媒介烟气换热器)冷却器+冷凝器+MGGH 加热器的烟气消白技术,利
用除盐水作为热媒,热媒水通过MGGH 冷却器吸收一级塔入口烟气热量,升温后的热媒水通过MGGH 加热器与二级塔出
口的低温净烟气进行热交换,将烟气加热到100 ℃外排。项目实施后无白雾产生,SO2排放的质量浓度小于25 mg/m3,SO2
减排36 734.46 t/a,增加运行成本3.330 14×107元/a,增加单位经营成本8.97 元/t烧结矿。

Application of Desulfurization and White Smoke Elimination Technology for High-sulfur
Sintering Flue Gas

Abstract: This paper introduced the flue gas working conditions and the desulfurization and white smoke elimination requirements
of the 260 m2 sintering machine in A Steel Enterprise. For high-sulfur flue gas, a lime-gypsum flue gas desulfurization
process with double towers and double cycles was adopted. In order to eliminate white smoke, MGGH (Media Gas Gas Heater)
cooler + condenser + MGGH heater were adopted. The desalted water was used as the heat medium water. The heat medium water
absorbed the heat of the flue gas at the inlet of the primary tower through the MGGH cooler. The heat medium water after heating
was exchanged with the outlet low-temperature clean flue gas of the secondary tower through MGGH heater. The flue gas was
discharged after being heated to 100 ℃. After the implementation of the project, the white smoke was removed, SO2 emission
mass concentration was less than 25 mg/m3, and SO2 emission reduction was 36 734.46 t/a, the operating cost was increased by
3.330 14×107 yuan/a, and the unit operating cost was increased by 8.97 yuan/t sinter.
