摘要： 在“双碳”背景下，垃圾焚烧发电企业受到了不利影响。通过对垃圾焚烧市场需求、垃圾协同处置、再生资
源回收、垃圾填埋场垃圾再处理的前景分析，说明了垃圾焚烧发电企业面临的机遇；通过对现行制度的解析，提出了垃
圾焚烧发电企业面临碳排放权交易的不确定性。

Opportunities and Risks Faced by Enterprises Generating Electricity through Waste Incineration
in Context of "Peak Carbon Dioxide Emissions & Carbon Neutrality"

Abstract: Against the background of "peak carbon dioxide emissions & carbon neutrality", enterprises generating electricity
through waste incineration have been adversely affected. By analyzing the market demand for waste incineration, waste co-disposal,
the recycling of renewable resources and the prospect of waste reprocessing in landfill sites, this paper explained the opportunities
faced by these enterprises. Through the analysis of the current system, it was proposed that enterprises generating electricity through
waste incineration face the uncertainty of carbon emissions permit trading.
